3J’s began in our kitchen way back in the 90s, Dad made and then sold it to local vendors. My sisters and I were the official taste testers, running back and forth for water when the heat got too much.
Mum, then reworked the recipe a few years later and 3J’s became a staple in our home. It’s the only thing we need at BBQs, midweek meals or to spice up our Christmas dinner. We’ve been giving it away to friends and family for over two decades and since it’s such a well-loved recipe we’ve decided to share Jerk, Joy, and Jamaica with you too.
Traditionally, authentic jerk is either time-consuming to recreate or something you have to go to a Caribbean restaurant to experience. 3J's wants to change this, we’re bringing traditional, ready-made jerk with only natural ingredients right to your kitchen.
